jam to rescue again! yoZ! regarding overseas trip. haha. i know past quite long, not very hardworking to update. =) ok. without further distractions, let's proceed, shall we?

on 21st nov, we reached eagle ranch resort in the afternoon. ok, the bus ride was very long. And somehow i couldn't sleep.

upon reaching, we quickly settled down. mich and i shared one room. marilyn and fiona the other. too bad the rooms are not linked. have to walk one big round in order to reached the other teepee. ok, i had to admit that mich and i were kind of superstitious. but better be safe
than sorry k?

we were given a tour around the place. not really a tour, just tell you which way go where. as if i can remember. mostly we were confined to the soccer-cum-basketball court. something i have realised long ago : mr ang is a pro at 3 pointers.

compass march, that's what they called it. not really a march, no timing given. haha. okok. it's just a night hike. and it's very cool. cool as in cool and, erm, the weather was cool too. given the fact that it had rain before we started. where did it take place? in the jungle. and it's really dark and messy. walked over fallen branches with droplets of water falling on us when we moved under the trees. im so glad i wore tracks. it was fun. got ourselves lost. felt hopeless at that moment. but lucky we carried on. we saw light. thank goodness. completed first checkpoint. went off with our new bearing. ok. entered the jungle once more. got stuck at some point. oh. hongxun was the one who path the way for us. zi nam-navigator. jun wei and cheuk yiu-pace keepers. back to the jungle. continued "take the branch", "bend down bend down" , "slope slope" etc etc. reached the last checkpoint (only got 2) amazingly as the pacekeepers have not yet counted to that distance. anyhow, we really anyhow then our group arrived first. MIRACLE!
