honestly, being a yr head is not so simple... i like my post very much n i enjpy being a yr head... but when i was a cadet... i didnt noe dat behind the scenes....our yr head will face so much problems... i m sure that all yr heads will meet smtin wrong..... haiz....
i m so disappointed wif the sec 2s... so worried for them... haiz... honestly.... it did really pained me when i saw them like dat... i m not saying dat they r bad or have attitude probs... but, i m really worried dat i will not do a gd job n be a gd nco... haiz...

CY seems to be so positive.... even when Jamie said dat she felt like throwing up blood when she taught the sec 2s... n felt dat the sec1s were better... dat she have the type of feeling dat the cadets learn smtin, when she was wif the sec 1s.... haiz.... n he can say dat the sec 2s r jus acting cool... haiz... i noe... but its really very difficult to tell... honestly.... wif all my heart.... i can say dat they really have the potential in them.... the potential to prove to others dat they can do it..... dat they can be a gd cadet.... dat they can be outstanding cadets and leaders..... haiz... i dunno y i m so disappointed wif them.... n dat i m realli scared dat i will not be a gd leader to them...... haiz..... CY n i r also trying to get all of them to increase their liking and interest for NP..... haiz....
i realli wish dat all of the cadets can get the chance to show off their inner talents as soon as possible.... sec 2s : all the ncos r helping u all remember our common goal: To Be A United Squad :)
